The Roxy Service
Roxy Service standards are at the pillar of our customer promise, a customer first business with customer first experiences. The goal of this week is to conquer all aspects of advanced service training, what to do if service is needed to be recovered, putting the staff member in the shoes of a customer and how small things can impact service in a big way.
When you are knowledgeable about what you are offering your confidence increases and so does your ability to upsell. We aim to make you knowledgeable about all of the roxy products including the food we serve, the drinks we sell and the gaming that we promote.
HANDS ON Training Sessions
This week is centered around hands on sessions both in house and external. Academy members will take part in courses ranging from off menu classic cocktail making through to external Personal Licence courses.
It is our aim to fully have each academy member tooled up and be fully ready for their career in hospitality.
