National Prosecco Day – Instagram Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1 .The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of Roxy Leisure Ltd (the “Promoter”), their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw.

2.Entry to the prize draw is free. To enter, participants must:

– Like the competition post on Instagram

– Tag at least one friend in the comments

– Follow both @roxyballroom and @roxylanesuk on Instagram (only entries that meet all three conditions will be counted)

3. All entries must be submitted via Instagram. Only one entry per person is permitted.

4. The prize draw opens on 13 August 2025 and closes at 11:59pm on 24 August 2025. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

5. We accept no responsibility for entries not successfully submitted due to technical faults or issues with computer systems, networks, servers, or any other reason beyond our control.

6. One winner will be selected at random on 25 August 2025 by an independent individual or under their supervision.

7. The prize is a Ballers Bottomless Brunch booking for up to 8 people (in a single booking) at any Roxy venue in the UK, excluding Edinburgh.

8. The booking must be made and used within 6 months of the prize draw date.

9. The winner will be contacted via Instagram private message by 26 August 2025.

10. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

11. We reserve the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require it.

12. Our decision regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding.

13. To comply with advertising regulations, we must either publish or make available details of the winner. The surname and county of the winner will be available to anyone who writes to: Unit 6 Clayton Wood Rise, Leeds, LS16 6LF, enclosing a stamped self-addressed envelope, within one month of the closing date. If you object to your details being published, please inform us when contacted as the winner. We may still be required to share this information with the Advertising Standards Authority.

14. By entering the prize draw, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

15. We reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw where necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.

16. Insofar as permitted by law, the Promoter will not be responsible for any loss, damage, personal injury or death resulting from participation in the prize draw or use of the prize, except where caused by negligence. Your statutory rights are not affected.

17. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy (see website footer). See also clause 13 in relation to winner details.

18. These terms and the promotion are governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the UK courts.
