GIFT CARDS T&Cs

1. Eligibility

• Gift cards are available for purchase online throughout the year.

• Any eligibility requirements will always be clearly stated within the promotional offer.

2. Issuance & Validity

• Gift cards are issued digitally to the email address provided at checkout.

• Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion.

• Gift cards cannot be reissued, extended once expired, or topped up.

• Roxy Leisure is not responsible for incorrect or inaccessible email addresses used at purchase.

3. Use of Gift Cards

• Gift cards can be redeemed towards food, drinks, or games at any Roxy Leisure venue.

• Gift cards can be redeemed in-venue or online (where applicable).

• Gift cards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

• Lost or deleted gift cards cannot be replaced.

• Gift cards are non-transferable and may only be used by the recipient.

• By purchasing or using a gift card, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

4. General Promotions

• All promotions are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended at any time without prior notice.

• Misuse of promo codes may result in cancellation of the order.

• A maximum gift card purchase value may be applied during promotional periods.
