Crazy Pool Activation - Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Period
   This promotion runs from 28 April to 4 May (inclusive).

2. Promotion Overview
   During the promotional period, every Crazy Pool game will begin with a lucky dip. Players will have a 1 in 5 chance of drawing a golden ball.

3. Golden Ball – Instant Prizes
   If a player draws a golden ball, they will receive an instant prize:

Standard Instant Prize: One (1) complimentary drink from a pre-selected menu (including alcoholic and non-alcoholic options).
Drinks are subject to availability and exclusions apply.
This offer is not valid at Roxy Lanes Rose Street.
Rose Street Exception: At Roxy Lanes Rose Street, the instant prize will be a 50% off voucher valid on any game.

4. Redemption of Instant Prizes

Instant prizes are limited to one (1) per person.
Prizes must be redeemed between 28 April and 4 May (inclusive).
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative items.
5. Main Prize Draw – Year of Crazy Pool

All players who draw a golden ball will have the opportunity to enter the main prize draw. Entry is not automatic.
The main prize is a gift card equivalent to one year of Crazy Pool.
The value is calculated based on two (2) people playing one (1) game per week.
The winner will be drawn during the week commencing 11 May.

6. Gift Card Usage

The gift card can be redeemed at any Roxy Leisure venue.
It can be used towards games and food & beverage purchases.
The gift card is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. General

Roxy Leisure reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
