Allergen Statement

Here at ROXY, we understand the dangers of cross-contamination and that each customer’s needs are individual. Please note that our menu descriptors do not include all ingredients or allergens. Even if you have chosen the item previously, please inform us each time you visit and always inform a member of staff of your allergy, intolerance or dietary requirements when ordering anything from our menu as ingredients and specifications can change.

Despite taking precautions, Due to the nature of our kitchen operation, this may involve some shared cooking and preparation areas, equipment, and utensils & we do use many allergens in our kitchens daily. There is always a risk that unintended “cross-contact” traces may be found in any dish we serve. We will do everything possible to ensure the food you order suits your allergen(s)/dietary choices.

We want to point out that no allergen/vegan food can be 100% guaranteed “free-from”. The allergen matrix covering the 14 allergens is available on request, it shows what allergens are used directly in the dishes but does not make any “free-from” claim.
