Have some questions about your booking? going to be late? Need to add an extra person? See below to get your answers

We ask all our gamers to arrive 15 minutes before your game time, if you are running late then please let us know.

We can only hold your gaming area for 10 minutes. After this time, we cannot guarantee your booking, however, we will do our best for you. We also cannot guarantee that you would receive your entire time as there may be bookings directly after you.

Payments are non-refundable.

 

Our drinks table are available ‘first come, first served’ on the day. Only our gaming tables are bookable.

If you are wanting to add activities onto a booking that is imminent then you will have to ask in the venue but it is fully dependent on other bookings

It may be possible to amend your booking. To do this please contact the bookings team via email, or alternatively raise a ticket on our LiveChat (you will be contacted next working day)

In some instances, you may be required to cancel your original booking and make a new one so please be aware that refunds for the original booking could take up to ten days.

For activities charged by the hour, it’s not necessary to contact us to amend your booking unless your numbers have drastically changed.

For activities or food packages priced per person, please contact the bookings team via email, or alternatively raise a ticket on our LiveChat (you will be contacted the next working day)

Please note amendments to a booking are subject to our cancellation policies. 

Please forward your confirmation email to one of your guests, in advance of the booking, so they have all the information available.

We prefer not to change the booking name, as it may make it difficult to locate your prepayment.

Sadly, we are unable to transfer bookings between venues.

You would need to cancel your original booking and create a new booking. Please add a ticket through our live chat.

At Roxy, we do not allow sports wear (including football shirts and jogging/tracksuit bottoms).

Fancy dress has to be tasteful

All of our bars are cashless and we accept all major card providers

You are paying in full for any gaming/area/food/drinks to complete an advanced booking.

This is an advance payment for your booking and not a deposit.

If you cancel of change the date of your booking less than 48 hours prior to your reservation, your payment will not be refunded.

If you are a group of 15+ guests and want to cancel your reservation, you must give 14 days’ notice otherwise your payment will not be refunded.

However, with at least 48 hours notice, we may be able to reschedule your booking to another date.

Within 48 hours of your event we are cannot refund or reschedule your event.

If using your own shoes, please ensure they are a safe, flat-soled and non-marking shoe. Heels, open-toe, flip-flops or similar footwear are not permitted, bowling shoes can be found at the games desk.

A REMINDER OF OUR CANCELLATIONS POLICY

If you wish to cancel, please contact us more than 48 hours before your arrival time. If you cancel or change the date of your booking less than 48 hours prior to your reservation, your PRE-PAYMENT will not be refunded. If you are a group of 15+ guests and want to cancel your reservation, you must give 10 days notice otherwise your PRE-PAYMENT will not be refunded. If you do not show up for your gaming and/or food booking your PRE-PAYMENT will not be refunded. Please be aware that by completing your reservation, you are accepting our terms and conditions as detailed here. Increasing the party size prior to arrival requires an additional PRE-PAYMENT per additional guest.  REFUNDS CAN TAKE UP TO 14 DAYS TO BE PROCESSED
