Just download the Roxy Rewards app from the App Store or Google Play and follow the sign-up steps on screen. It only takes a minute!
Is there a cost to join or use the app?
Nope, it’s completely free to join and use.
Can I use the app across all Roxy locations?
Yes! You can use Roxy Rewards on gaming/activity bookings at any Roxy venue. Your points and rewards follow you wherever you go!
How do I update my account details or reset my password?
Head to the app’s settings to update your info or reset your password.
How do I earn points with Roxy Rewards?
You earn points every time you make a booking within the app only.
Do I earn points on food and drink purchases in-venue?
No. You’ll collect points only on game and activity bookings made through the app. Keep your eyes out for how you can enjoy discounts and promotion on food and drink with Roxy Rewards, launching soon!
How do I redeem my points in the app?
Head to the Roxy Rewards store, in this part of the app you’ll find all the game ‘vouchers’ you can redeem against your built up points. Add a voucher to your basket and continue through to booking a free game with your redeemed voucher.
Do my points expire?
Points expire 12 months after they have been earnt, so make sure you’re spending them on your free games!
